Anyway back to topic.... correct me if I am wrong.... from what I understand, when they say life-time warranty, they actually meant life-time warranty till the product life...... if example tomorrow the trascend 8bg 133x CF card is obeslete, there goes your warranty........ :sweat:........ cause how they warranty the product when it is already EOL.... ........... now looking at how fast new product are launch..... sigh....

Went to Comex. Best Bargain selling Sandisk Extreme III 8GB @ $81 & 16GB @ $153.
I was told by the staff there, their Sandisk CF got 5 years warranty.

No problem.

Don't worry that the lifetime warranty will be gone. They will replace you a CF card which has equivalent value.

The 133x 8Gb was selling at an incredible $37 on the first day. Didn't buy it when I saw it. Went on Saturday morning, it was sold out already. Ended buying the 16Gb for the said $78.

The Transcend cards were put up by Memory World.
