Maybe you can try Best Bargains on 5th storey of SLS.

They are famous for selling the cheapest memory card.

Just bought 2 4GB Kingston Elite Pro 133X $60.20 each at Best Bargain SLS

The Kingston Elite Pro 133X is comparable to San Disk Extreme III.

They might be comparable in Speed but I wouldnt say so when compare with it's overall performance especially in extreme temperatures and there are more than speed when you choose mission critical solid state memories..... there are more than just branding that make scan disk commands such premium......

let's put it this way, Sandisk extreme is very reliable espeacially if you taken Photos in places below Zero degrees and if you wan assurance that CF card does not fail you.

** Disclaimer, I do not work for Scandisk.......

I'll take different brands speed markings 133X etc, with a pinch of salt. Never compare brands based on such things as I've bought and tested a Kingston Ultimate 133x and Sandisk Extreme 3 of size 1Gb for curious sake.

The Sandisk wins hands down when I format in camera, shoot in burst and files transfers to PC.

It's only logical to say eg, Kingston 133x is faster than Kingston 120x or Sandisk Extreme 3 faster than Ultra 2.

Kingston 133x is Not comparable to Sandisk Extreme 3, both in terms of speed or price(of course Sandisk more ex). U pay what u get.

I just got the Kingston 266x 2GB from Best Bargain. Feels pretty responsive IMO. The recovery software works well too.

How about including Lexar prices too?

Was quoted $150 for 4GB Lexar UDMA 300X CF at Alan Photo & $140 at TK Foto (Shaw Towers, Beach Road) a couple of weeks ago.
