Drame series DVDs in HK is so much cheeaper than in Singapore, newer and more. They sell DVD cheapers than VCD in Sin.

Thats Y u see PK or whichever shops opens more and more outlets.

Go get from Sembawang Music Centre if there any copies left. The DVD quality is superb but only in Korean and Mandarin language with Chinese subtitle. Price $79.90

However the Singapore DVD of this show does not have the additional "extras' scene footage on the making of Dae Jang Geum. Only available in Hong Kong with Cantonese and Korean language with Mandarin subtitles.

Heard it's showing on Channel U too, but no clue which day what time. I'll rather buy, rent, beg, steal, the whole show and "cheong" at home. I hate commercials and the short playing of only 1 or 2 episode on tv. Especially when you get excited, or emotional, tears finally coming etc, and guess what? Commercial pop up. Grrrr....

Try Yahoo Auction.. sometimes i grab good one there. Now i am selling two set of koraen drama. APRIL KISS and ISLAND TEACHER .. $20 each .. watch once..

else I go sembawang store and buy. we watched it in chinese so it is ok.

my favourite is still winter sonata for drama and The classic for movies. I really loved "the classic" but "the summer scent" starring the same actress was quite dissappointing.

Stairway to heaven is so-so, my wife loved it for the male actor. super handsome.
