I think Jln Kayu prata a bit over-rated. :sweat:

Actually, speaking as a bloke who grew up in a small town in Malaysia, and having eaten lots of Roti Chanai (yes! We call it that!), the Jalan Kayu roti is a bit of a B******! - what a horrid invention!

Roti Prata ... I normally go for The Prata Shop at the junction of Springleaf Road and Upp Thomson Road.

How about the BCM stall at Kovan MRT Station Market (the longest Q one, there about 5 stalls in the same Food Centre alone!!!).

That is so famn freaking near my house, yet I arnet too sure which outlet you are refering too. There seems to be a more famous bunch of eateries at the nearby junction of Tampines and Upp Serangoon Roads. Nasi Lemak, hokkien mee....etc.

Sorry ... do not know the stall number leh! It is in the Hawker Centre right next to Kovan MRT/Heartland Mall .... There are at least five BCM stalls there in total.

The best stall in my opinion is in the front row facing the car park, it is a corner/aisle stall .... it always have the longest queue during mealtime ... so you cannot miss it

ya man ... there are so many eateries there ....... together with the hawker centre, this area is very popolar location for foodies, I must say.

For all BCM lovers out there ....


Want to oso share a nice place, with decent BCM ... not the best, but the place is a true KopiTiam ambience!

It is located in a private estate at the junction of Jalan Senang and Jalan Paras (i think).

Need to confirm if this place is still there cos the last time on the way to DreamCars Asia ... the kopitiam is close ... hopefully for renovations!
