I think that Brendan Rodgers will be great for Liverpool.
Look at the brand of football he has given to Swansea, they play a beautiful attacking brand of football that would be the envy of Arsenal (I'm an Arsenal fan).
I've often watched Swansea last season and been amazed by their attacking flair. Only problem was that they were doing it with "not so top-class" players, so in the end they lost a lot of games because they either could not finish well, or leaked in goals thru hapless defending.
But for such a team to end up 11th in the league is still quite an achievement.
Now, if he's given the Liverpool team, with so many top-class players, I believe he can do wonders for your team.
Remember, when Wenger joined Arsenal he was a relative unknown who plied his trade in Japan. He magically transformed Arsenal and changed them from "boring boring Arsenal" to the fluid team it is now. Rodgers could just be the "Wenger" for Liverpool.
Now, the only thing I worry is your incoming Director of Football. He doesn't come with a nice reputation, so I wonder if he would disrupt Rodgers' tactics?
