rafa and jose are not suitable for the job because they will criticize the owners and the board, and will not stay long at any one club. i am sure man u will appoint someone in the mould of fergie, preferably someone from the british isles. that makes moyes the odds on favourite to take over as gaffer. moyes has the right attributes to give long term stability to the club as manager, all he lacks is CL experience but then fergie himself started from scratch.
