Seen the white ones at Funan this evening but did not quite like the smooth slippery feel. The black one grips better but did not buy it cos they gave me a demo set. Quite disappointed with the store. Guess I will wait for the Fuji X100 before deciding.

Actual unit as I nearly wanted to purchase the white one from TK. Was told delivery to Funan Centre was this evening and white colour is very limited. SLR claim no more white as most had reservations but left black (display set) though price is good at S$672. TK had them fresh from their storeroom but price is $685 (all cash terms) so be quick if you want white.

Pls also observe the white paint tone consistency between the front and back cover (view from both sides). They look different based on my poor eyesight and that is the other reason i skip, though it looks nicer than black. ;p

Yes. TKPhoto does have the white version. For $685 (same price for both white and black), comes with 8G card and screen protector. Can charge to credit card also.

thanks for the headsup regarding the tone consistency.

There is no tone consistency problem as far as I can see... and I even specially put on my magnifying reading glasses to check. What might appear to be differences in tone is due to the shadows cast on the edges of the bezelled surfaces at the rear of the camera.

erm i think the slight inconsistency is more obvious on the sides of the camera where the 2 halves of the bezel are joined.

anyway, got the white just now, paid by cc at $685.

Not yet. Your only option now is to export the ORF to TIFF using Viewer 2 then use Lr to do the rest of the processing.
