Few friends viewed my OVF and says the information inside are very clear. Perhaps my eyesight is failing me because I still see it blur most time.

Take note the x20 ovf will be blurred when the battery is removed. If battery is inserted, the ovf becomes clear again.

I am aware of this characteristic. The blur I am referring to is the overlay information in the OVF as I am having difficulty viewing the exposure details.

Did u try adjusting the diopter ?

Diopter is properly adjusted. I might drop by fuji service centre to let them have a look if it's OVF issue

Yup , think U should too all e best. The x20's OVF is really a good one with its overlay and shouldn't be blurred when in use.

Went back to the shop which I bought the camera from today and did a comparison check of the OVF with another new set of X20.

It is confirmed that my X20 OVF have an issue and did a one to one exchange on the spot as I only own it for 6 days.

Kudos to the aftersales service and now I am happy with the clear and sharp OVF

Fuji's after sales service has always been good in my respect. When I sent in my x10 for the white orb issue, they had it settled within a few days which was really above my expectations.

Dear all, I hope I am not asking too much of a favour but may I kindly ask how much is the x20 retailing for in Singapore now? I am currently studying overseas and it costs more than sgd$850 to get a brand-new set of x20 with batteries and memory card (no case and no lens-hood) right where I am...so I'm hoping to do a comparison and will appreciate it if anyone can give me a rough figure. I have a feeling that it is more worthwhile to get it back in Singapore...

On a side note, does anyone know of any news whether the x30 is coming out soon? Seems like there isn't much news/speculations about it after the release of the XQ1.

Way cheaper. I got mine earlier this year at 7xx. Advise to wait for x30 if anything.

I think the X30 (if there is one planned) would not arrive until after end 2014.
