So the top of the line Fuji X-T1 is not really a new model, as it's already out for 16 months ...

Replacement model won't be here until next year. Xpro2 won't be a replacement for xt1. Xt10 the new current model is basically similar specs to xt1. So I would really say xt1 is still pretty current. It is really a joy to use.

Such huge number of pixel on full frame ... That is about the same as per pixel estate on a crop sensor ...

What perhaps would be a killer is the organic sensor from Fuji ....

I just hope they extend this trade in when the new XT2 or XPRO2 comes out. That would be fantastic to get new customers as well as old customers to upgrade.

Doubt that will happen Fuji products are not exactly cheap ... I see Fuji like Apple and Leica like vertu

Not sure what 400 discount but street price for XT1 after trade in is 15xx. With $150 ntuc voucher, extra battery, two 16gb cards, case, etc it works out to be $13xx for body alone. With my $50 cash incentive, the XT1 probably only $12xx
