Yup I bought mine from Amazon... Bought 4pc and they cost me less than an original batt!

Looks like you can sell the X-Pro1 body and still have enough $$ to get a new X-E1 + XF35. but what am I going to do with two XF35? Not sure if they sell the X-E1 body only, or maybe wait for it to be bundled with the 18-55mm or the 14mm.

haha I have 3x 3rd party batt and 2x original NP-W126. I always have 2x batts in my bag, and another 2x keep in my hotel room when I am travelling.

small price to pay for a compact camera... during my Canon 1D3 times I can shoot with a single batt and clock over 4000 pics.

Looks like you can sell the X-Pro1 body and still have enough $$ to get a new X-E1 + XF35. but what am I going to do with two XF35? Not sure if they sell the X-E1 body only, or maybe wait for it to be bundled with the 18-55mm or the 14mm.

I'm sure they have X-E1 body-only for sale... some people might get the X-E1 for adapted lens only. Try to ask around.

I heard from Sales staff in HK that the next batch will b wif zoom lens combo, din mention anything about only selling the body. Logically, it's possible as you can see from the packaging that they separate the lens and body into 2 boxes in the combo set.

definitely can la, the XF lens is not packaged inside the X-E1 box. I have a few friends who bought their x-pro1 with XF18/XF60 instead of XF35. Definitely can opt without a lens.

ya the XF35 is decent but to be honest I use my XF18 more than the XF35... would say 80% of my photos are taken with the XF18. 50mm is a little too long for me, 28mm is a little wide but I always prefer stepping front than backwards to compose my photo.
