Use a b+w nano filter and leave your lens cap and cleaning kit at home. Kenna finger print just use shirt to wipe.

What Flashes do u use with the X-pro 1. I have a canon EX580II but it's just too heavy that the camera will want to keep fall forward.

The new EF-X20 looks really cute but it can't tilt and u can only get like a on cam flash.... ...

Hi Candy,

I agree with u.
I've 580EX II too. It's just too bulky to use on X-pro 1 & I can use manual flash only.
I have EF-X20. One of the reason why I purchase fuji is because of their intelligent flash. I like the natural flash looking with intelligent flash even it's direct flash.

If I need side lighting, I will use off camera cable or wireless trigger.

It mentioned in fuji website that EF-X20 support 'super intelligent flash' but it didn't mention for EF-20 & EF-42. Therefore, I m not sure are the support the intelligent system or not. Maybe someday we can do a comparison with the owner of these flash.

Just bought a X100 t shirt from uniqlo. Though not XP1, but still cannot resist.

Is there any 3rd party flash for xp1? Ef x20 looks very big

If the flash was integrated like the x100 would be great. Don't really like using flash but useful when really no choice.
Omd supplied flash quite good cos its slim.ef x20 looks kind of boxy from online pics

Hi want to check, you know when we do zoom magnification for focusing, is there an option of how much zoom we want? Cos mine is like right smack on my face. I find the zoom too large. Also, when I used the M-mount lenses (with kipon adapter), I realised my gridlines are gone (even when I try to set it 9 or 24 for that matter), I dont see any depth of field indicator. IS that a norm? Should I be worried?

Press the disp/back button to toggle it back.

D.O.F can see on your lens what  Because the lens is not electronically connected/synced with the camera it can't sense the focus distance nor depth ...
