So far no issue with equipment damage as long as the voltage is suitable. Primary issue is their durability. In ine case it only lasted as few as 10 charges. After that die liao. Got warranty also no use as it may be used for oversea holiday and this is the last thing I need in trusting another one for one replacement.
Not to say original one entirely no issue. My hp original battery lasted only 3 weeks. In my encounters original type so far perform as least statistically and significantly better compare to oem. Maybe really boils down to the qc.
Just something to share.

hi'all,
just a quick check before I commit in a new system (x-mount).
I took some sample shots with the demo unit @ CP. Had both jpeg and RAW file with me... the jpegs look a bit soft under 100% magnification whereas the RAW files (procesed with RRP) are soft too.
My questions:
1. I thought without the AA filter the OOC jpeg or RAW should retain pretty high level of sharpness? Or this is just my false assumption?
2. I downloaded some full-rez samples from DPreview and other review sites... shot at low ISO and small aperture the details on the x-pro1 is not fantastic... looks less sharp compare to 5D Mark II.
Has anyone compared the x-pro1 with their DSLRs? What is your finding?
p/s: forget about EM-5... I dislike its output... looks very similar to my G11.
