X-Drive II now at $159!! (From EastGear.com)

Hi, after a period of time, I wonder if anyone faces any problem with this problem. From the forums of www.dpreview.com it seems that people are complaining of slow download speed from CF card to HDD (maybe due to slow hdd? someone can confirm?). Anyone has done any test to see the potential speed it can achieve??

Of course not lah, the casing is only for 2.5" ones
Even the connector for 2.5" HDD is different from the 40 pin IDE connector for 3.5" HDD

Wah..... like that ar....... if can use 3.5" HDD would be best..... afterall the weight of a 3.5" isn't that much and I wouldn't want to pay for just for a lighter laptop HDD lor...... Maybe the manufacturers of X-Drive could come up with something like that hor.......
