Description:
Selling a lovely Super Takumar 35/2 lens by Asahi Pentax. It's in M42 screw mount, can be used on Canon/Nikon/Sony/Olympus/Pentax digital or film SLR cameras w/ proper adapters used.
This is the much rarer F2 version w/ 49mm filter thread size, not those cheap common F3.5 version, or the much bigger F2 version w/ a 67mm front thread size. Its Part No. is 43931 (the number on the back of A/M switch as shown in the 3rd photo below), the later model of the 35/2 from this page:

The lens is in very good condition, glass is clean w/ no fungus or scratches, just very few tiny dust which shouldn't affect pictures at all. Some sign of use on the barrel but overall it's in very good shape for a lens of its age. Focusing is silk smooth like all the other Takumar lenses, aperture blades are clean and dry, aperture ring turns to each F stop properly. The lens comes w/ original Takumar rear cap and non-original front cap.
Selling due to lack of usage. Got an AF version 31mm lens already.
