A very small wide angle auto focus prime lens, this small little wide angle gives very good contrast and sharpness even wide open. Coupled with the fact that it takes the most commonly found size of filters, 52mm, this lens is perfect for travelling light, or in situations you wont want to carry a large lens like the AFS 17-35F2.8, or even the huge 24-70F2.8/28-70F2.8... This small 28mm definitely looks less intimidating, yet it still gives good image quality and a large 2.8 aperture.
