Condition is mint and comes with box. As far as I know, this grip is only sold in Japan.
The Nikon Z F-GR1 grip wraps around the side of the camera and has a divot for your thumb (and also index finger in front) and the material on the grip matches the Zf compared to other grips. Base of the grip doesn't interfere with some adapters e.g. FTZ 1. Made in Japan.

Comes with box. Lightly used.
