Wrong user identity

I wonder if this can pose to be a problem. I've noticed that when I visit the forums index page, the top part where it shows "Welcome back, <user>" always shows a username other than myself. The Private Messages part below also reflects that other username. However all other links like User Control Panel works as normal (show my own pm instead of others). Wonder if this is a cache issue.

Under the Tools-> internet options, at the Temporary Internet Files, delete your cookies and files

Just did, same problem still occurs. Can't be the cache on my machine I suppose. Anyway it's not an issue to me, just not sure if it's any to others

Happens to me as well.

I have clear all history and cookies but it still happens.
