I love "Afghan carpet sellers".. If only there a little catch lights in his eyes, then it'll be wonderful!

However from your pictures, what amaze me most is the variety of landscape one can capture in Pakistan! It's kind of rare to have snowy mountains, lush valleys and beautiful lakes, all in one!

Is it dangerous to backpack and drive alone there??

Well, places like Tasmania also have fantastic varieties of landscapes. But in terms of landscapes, culture, people, Pakistan is sure tops...

I don't think its dangerous to backpack alone there (or at least I don't have the feeling of danger), but driving, could be. Esp with some of the mountain roads, landslides etc...

Haha, we could certainly share experiences; yours backpacking in Scandinavia!
