good career prospects wont feed ur stomach. only money do.

just go for the one that offers a reasonable - good - excellent pay and stable environment. if compared to another job with good career advancement route but pay is low = no point isnt it?

in singapore, its the $$$$$$$ that counts.

Good career prospects usually mean money too. As you advance to higher positions, your pay also moves up with you. If you can only be stuck in the same position, doing the same job, you pay increment is only a nominal sum. The job with good pay but no career prospects may be good today but in 3 years time, the job that pays less today but has advancement prospects may pay more then! And if you change job (not related) after a few years, you start from ground zero again which means low pay!
