YES, I will:
Provided that that fella paid up the full amount, if not 3/4. After discharge from hospital still have lots of money, why not. But then if one kidney left "suay suay" later got problem developed at after late of your life, I might be using that sum of money to treat my problems and I cant enjoy shooting and soccer anymore.

If that fella is a tyrant of a country or someone evil...

Some people say that those willing to sell their kidneys for $50m are desperate.
In fact, these people are just being logical, rational, and are making the best decision.
You do not need 2 kidneys. You only need one kidney. With one kidney, you will live and feel the same as if u had 2 kidneys - no difference. If you can sell what you do not need for $50m, why not? If you are not willing to sell what you do not need for $50m, well, you are really most illogical and I dunno what to say. Besides, if someone is buying your kidney, he probably needs it to save a life. You can get $50m and save a life. Why not? There is simply no valid reason not to sell. Except that you are super-kiasu and want to keep a spare kidney.

but the going rate for a kidney is really much much lower than that...

unless bill gates want your kidney, most probably u can ask S$5 billion for it.
