First thing... can we even be sure that is the 3D or just some one PS a 1D to reflect 3D. Also lets see the rumoured 3D and when this rumor started.
It was actually started as early as 2004 September... until now... yeah... maybe another ten years down the road, we will see a self floating device and was claimed the upcoming and rumored Canon EOS 3D.

If they ever release a 3D it won't have a build in vertical grip.

For me,
1) Medium format
2) 100MP
3) Build-in stabilizer (5 axis) 10-stops
4) NFC
5) Wifi connectivity
6) Bluetooth
7) Magnesium alloy chasis with very good weather seal
8) Silent shutter
9) Extremely fast AF with 100 AF points (spread out across the entire viewfinder
10) Fast and accurate liveview AF.
11) Tilty flippy LCD screen with 1 mil +++ resolution.
12) two to three times better lowlight performance as compared to current 1DX
13) two to three times better dynamic range as compared to current 1DX or 5DmkIII
14) should be as small as my OMD EM5
15) A wide range of lenses because I would imagine that current EF mount lenses will not be able to support it.
16) 4K video
17) 15fps continuous shoot (with AF)
18) Easy assess to cloud memory, so can store my shots directly there.
19) two memory cards
