Who has bought 7D from Sitex today?

G Len is the best of all minolta produced len if i not wrong.. I think G len is like "bird nest drink" compare to normal len is like "chin chao" ... :bsmilie:

The 17-35 mm Len worth the price of $699?? Mmmm when use with 7D, it will be roughly 25 - 52 mm...Feel that the range is a bit short leh.. Anyway spend too much money on camera body itself liaoz..duno want to squeeze more money on the len or wait longer :think:

Answered my own question by calling Minolta. The warranty is by Minolta by this 2nd year offer is only available at the Sitex show..and not available anywhere else

Anyone knows if the 2nd year local extended warranty for the D7D Camera Body is from KM Singapore or Cathay Photo?

If I buy the camera somewhere else, do I get the extended warranty?

Errr without the D len..with normal len..it still workable right ? For flash part, we just need to do a TTL fill in ?? Or the quality or D len is much better ? A bit tight on budget..if possible will only get the len later..hehe :sweatsm:

No D means no ADI flash saja, preflash-TLL will still work, even with mechanical lens + adaptor

hmmm so the mem card would be like 150 liao lor...

anyway, just went there, the ppl there like blur blur 1, ask the uncle about the lens, he say dun have filter, den i point to him the pamplet, say with filter, den ask him which filter they giving, he say dunno... den he said might be a tokina 1... den ask him about battery grip.. say 300... like cannot bargain 1...

btw went with 2 gal frens, they sibeh power... can go around bargain & ask for more freebies... :thumbsup:

I don't mind paying $2500 for the camera body alone. The extra year of warranty is worth it!

Do not be angry or sad. I was informed that all these price and freebies are only allowed in Sitex only and not in CP Peninsular. That is why.
