Which tripod?

Manfrotto 055 series tripod should be good for the height... costs about $350 with a nice ballhead though.... without knowing budget no way to suggest anything else ...

Need your advices here.
I will be travelling overseas for 18 days and am hunting tripod now.
I'm 1.68m
Setup is 500d+50mm1.4+18-200mm (might buy a Flash if needed)
Budget around 200-250 (+20%)
Preferrably with ballhead.

Any suggestion?

From the CS'ers review, I think I will skip Benro

We are not tripod salesman here in CS.Go down to shops like CP/AP/OP or TK and check out their range of tripods.If you want me to recommend,i'll suggest you get a gitzo:devil:

P.S.I don't see anything wrong with Benro even with CS'ers reviews.So what if CS'ers say Manfrotto no good?Then you won't get a Manfrotto?

Agree with cleon, if u are particular about such hype, go for gitzo and pump up 500%, I assure u 100% satisfaction

I'm a landscape person. Brought my new sirui T1204X out for a sunset, night shoot last Sat. I can't help but say I'm so glad I took the plunge to change to a CF tripod. It's so light! Now my gears are the ones screaming HEAVY! Friend who was carrying her manfrotto (alum) was so envious when she held my sirui! lol.

Saved quite some sweat.
