The VG10 is from 2010, for how much longer will they sell it?

Got you the answer.

MS Color just told me now only have the LE model. The silver body lens already isolate and not coming in anymore so if you manage to find shop with stock better grab it.

That's what I was trying to say in the first place... ;)

Friend told me SEL18200 selling 6280-6300HKD there.

Bought last pc SEL18200 from South Asia Computer from Funan $1,099. Actually there's one more shop (besides Pastamania) #01-10 @ Funan got stock, quoted me $978 and when I said him again whether does it incl GST, he really can't be bother & look down on me cause he uses his back facing me and talk. Damn pissed off with such **** up attitudes. I have the money also won't want to let them have the business and rather pay bit more to those who care about it.

Tested it on NEX7 and I will say the performance is great. It's indeed a quiet & fast focus lens, weight wise I won't say it's heavy to me cause used to my previous setup on SAL18250.

Haven test after I bought it. No rush lah. :bsmilie:

Btw, SEL18200 was known of lens auto sliding down issue but when I check the lens it won't leh. Maybe still virgin cause can feel quite stiff to zoom now.

There is a lock button where you can lock and prevent it from sliding.

Seems like the 18200 is the preferred one compared to the LE!

Sadly, I sold off my 18200 couple of weeks back hoping to buy the LE but after reading the comments here, might go hunt for the 18200 again

Sigh, loose couple of hundreds because of this...

I know but I purposely unlock and test it whether will auto slide but surprising it didn't.

i should get it from you haha, well because now 18-55mm no market already~~ everyone wanna go fro 16-50mm... so therefore~~ well.. go for the smaller 55-210mm.. i see the review is good also if the user dont mind that... it dont have the 18-55mm and the active steady shot.. which work very well on video mode... currently i need to supply myself and my gf(who currently unemployed) so~~ :dunno: can't do much thing until after Christmas

Just bought the SEL18200 (not LE) today, in the box, there is a green leaflet detailing the use of the flash extender, but I could not find the flash extender itself; is this supposed to be included with the lens?
