We all face this issue bro , especially when we r always worried will we run into a situation where I need this lens and didn't bring it , dang ! And life will most likely turn out that we overpack haha.
The beauty of MFT is that the equipment though of high quality is light , u definitely can bring all the 3 lenses. I'm sure when u reach the hotel u will prob leave 1 or 2 in the room and pack according to your itinerary. It took me a few trips to be confident of what lenses I should bring , nothing wrong with being unsure.
The advice by the bro here to bring an extra sd card is really good advice. Tripod / monopod or flower pot it's really up to oneself. I didn't bring a tripod to Nepal and nearly froze to death taking a night sky long exposure shot but it was only that one time I needed a tripod so it wasn't worth bringing one and dragging it along while trekking.
No matter your choices , keep the 14-42 inside , one can seldom go wrong with the 28-84 focal length and remember that enjoying the trip is more impt that taking photos.

Both look pretty good. There... you only need the 14-42mm and 40-150mm lenses for most purposes. If you wanted to shoot in darker area, use a flash, if not possible, just step up your ISO. Do note that EPL6 had very good low light high ISO noise performance, matching some of the DSLR in the market so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

The 14-42 should be good for your general needs.
45 f1.8 will be good for the low light night shots.
And the 40-150 will be useful if you need the range.
Personally I will take 14-42 and 40-150, the only advantage the 45 has in this setup is the big aperture.

Have fun! It was raining in Taipei when I left. My Taiwanese friends are still reporting rainy weather on Facebook. And oh. It was raining consecutively for 3 days in the North and Eastern coast of Taiwan.
