I recently bought the hadley pro in Hong Kong and quite like it except for one annoying thing. The shoulder strap is too thin and cuts into my shoulder and is painful for long duration walks. The Billigham accessories suggested such a pad SP40 which should help. Can I find it in Singapore ?

Yes definitely. The sides are not snug yet and the top sticks out of the rim by 2 to 3 cm. Because the sides aren't snug yet, you can still put the 15"MBPR into a thin-ish sleeve for scratch protection.

I heard that the leather needs to be waxed regularly to prevent cracking. What type of wax is suitable and where can I get it? Also, how often to perform this? thks

Mr Chan said he doesn't stock fibrenyte bags.
Is there a big difference between the canvas and fibrenyte material?
And could anyone with a hadley pro/large take a shot of the interior with some textbooks or an A6000-sized camera in one of the front pockets?

Short answer : Yes.

Long answer : Can. The bodies and lenses will definitely fit in the insert, the iPad in the space behind the insert and the Kindle in the zipped back pocket or just stacked with iPad.

For those using the Hadley Pro, just curious how do you all carry a tripod with the bag? I have been trying to find ways to carry a tripod along with the bag. With my previous bag (ThinkTank Retrospective 30), you could fit it under the flap, but that doesn't seem to work with the Hadley.
