I think it is the same as if we carry a backpack (but the strain is only on one side; the right shoulder). When feeling straneous, I normally move the bag to the front. I have no problem carrying 50d + 24-105 + 10-22 + 430ex for few hours. I only really feel the weight when carrying 70-200 f2.8.
i am not sure about 17-55's weight, but it seems to be light as well.
Ah, one out-of-topic advice, need to keep the bag dry because normally we sweat a lot in this high humidity environment. When not using, I normally fully open the bag put in a
cupboard with dehumidifier when not using it, or put it under the sun for 1-2 hours but need to flip it over to make sure all sides are dried.

But just to understand, will prolong carrying of the SlingShot 200AW be straneous/tiring on the shoulders? Assuming I'm carrying 40D with 24-105L & 17-55, and a 580 EXII. Plus maybe a 85mm prime.
