You can recycle those silica gel packets by placing them in a warm oven (176-200 degrees) for 15 minutes. Just collect those come inside the packaging of food, electronics, etc.

Not recommended to use oven, if you are planning to use the oven for food also. It might cause cancer as those blue-pink type can be carcinogenic. Not going into details here, for more info you can google
