where to get MC-30 Remote Cord?

Finally, get my new toy: D200. but cannot find remote control. the Wireless remote control for D200 is *****ing expensive .... so turn to cord one. but cannot find a retail shop with stock for MC-30 Remote Cord .... :cry:

any idea?

btw, anyone interested in D70 IR ML-L3 remote control? $15 to sell.... haha

I think you need to place an order for the MC-30. It's not cheap either.
