after ROD..i tot still got five years MR (military reserve)?

he mean finish reserve liao, no more ICT, no more IPPT, too old liao, can't run, can't work, army don't want hime anymore.

i tot ROD, onli mean completion of reservist cycle/unit standdown, after tis we are still on MR for 5 years..but for tis 5 yrs won't be called one lahz..after tat then no linkage with army..???:dunno:

Just called NSHRC. Was told that I will be considered to be in MR until 40 (50 for the unfortunate). So will still need to keep all of my stuff until I receive the other letter. So will withdraw my offer of boots, and have to keep the full pack, SBO and helmet. However, the M sized No. 4 is still available if anyone wants it.

So sad, have been gearing myself up for ROD only to find out that there is a less known additional liability. :sticktong

I got my letter, a SAF certificate of appreciation, "gold" service medal, black Hamilton watch (with SAF logo and engraved with my name).

Is there anything wrong with burning army stuff per se? (ie specific to army, not general burning issues like causing air pollution etc)? Should ask these police wannabes where they get their source of authority from
