If water or sand get into the camera, it is also not cover not by the warranty.... :think:

Hmm... for S$70 you get the following (new):
- lumix case
- 4gb (less)
- tripod
- screen protector
- Additional 3rd party battery

tripod i don't need (cos i have liao), screen protector is included, only case and battery don't have. ( the guy say original batt very good, last damn long, like a week )
and i bought it!! very happy with the camera. gonna update the firmware when i'm done with charging. any other SOPs to do with this baby?
anyway, what audio codec do they use for the video recording? i tried to check in media player classic but there was no info. it sounded very muffled ( like somebody trying to cover up the mic ), is that normal? and just to confirm, i can't set the audio quality independently right? i've read through the manual already.

Panasonic is using Quicktime as their codec, you can use "Quicktime Alternative" codec for Media Player Classic...

Looks like no change from a few wks ago ... you guys may want to try bargaining and get a higher capacity 8GB card instead?
