I was looking through some of the pictures and was pretty surprised to see that some of them are ISO1600 and above. And they looked soooo good! Also, most of the people toting cameras at the event had flashes. I think I was one of the few without one.
I managed to test the camera in a concert environment. So awesommeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeAnd sorry, I can't post those photos

If I were you, I would use ISO3200 instead, and ISO2500 as min.. I think these kind of anime conventions are rather dark, ISO1600 doesn't look sufficient![]()
Actually, flash will bring out the brightness of their faces and better overall contrast. Can shoot at ISO 6400 does not mean you should be doing it, depending on the event and scenario. Cosplay events are usually ok with flashes![]()
