you can check out some schools, usually have eco pond, may able to adopt tortoises.

Hmmm.. Seems like there's really quite a number of sickening and irresponsible pet owners here...

:bsmilie: me me me...i admit...:sweat::sweatsm:

People who complain there's no space for their RES, you can actually leave them around the flat/apartment to run around like a cat. Feed them once every two days, put them back into a little tub at night so they'll **** and not **** on the ground. I can't believe the number of people who raise turtles in a tiny tank forever.. it's really cruel.

Put in toilet bowl,then flush it.I did that to mine.

Can I confirm that you really did that while it is still alive? And you are not joking?

Thanks

It was DEAD already.Serious!!!

Good for you. Cos if you did it while it is alive I will lock this thread and report you and banned you from this forum.

Not many people keep sea turtle as pet because they can grow quite big (1 meter in length) and they need large pool to swim around.
Most people keep tortoise as pet, these are land based. Their legs are not designed to swim and throwing them to the sea will be almost instant death to them as they will sink (they dont swim), too heavy!
Green turtle which is also kept as pet are fresh water animal, not salt water. You will kill them by releasing them to the sea because they are not used to the salt water.
