My contribution for medium format shooters:
Thinktank Airport Airstream v2.0. Meets international carry-on size restrictions, and I carry a laptop bag (Urban Disguise 50) that holds my 500CM and two lenses, plus an X100 in addition to my 15" MBP
Clockwise from bottom left:
Horseman SWD-II with 24mm Schneider APO-Digitar XL lens and Hasselblad V-mount adapter
Bulb blower
Manfrotto mini tripod. Small, but strong enough to support any of my MFD systems
Carl Zeiss 67mm UV filter and CPL filter (separate cases)
Spirit level
Hasselblad 180mm f4 CF lens (in the black & grey pouch)
Hasselblad Image Bank II (100GB) Firewire storage solution
Hasselblad 28mm f4 HCD lens with lens hood
2 Hasselblad 7.2V Li-Ion battery grips
Hasselblad H4D-31 with attached 80mm f2.8 HC lens and battery grip
B+W 95mm ultrawide CPL filter in filter pouch
Leaf Aptus 54S (Hasselblad V-mount) with 2 Leaf batteries and 2 Sony batteries for the Hasselblad Image Bank II underneath
Red leather thingy are Moo.com minicards
Not in pic:
6 extra PC sync cables
1 cable shutter release
1 Hasselblad Bay 60 CPL filter
1 Hasselblad waist-level viewfinder
Body and lens caps for Hasselblad H4D and lens
Body and lens caps for Hasselblad 500CM and lens
I also have a Lowepro Vertex 200AW for a slightly different configuration:
Clockwise from bottom left:
Hasselblad 28mm f4 HCD lens (fat side up)
Leaf Aptus 54S with Hasselblad lens hood for 80mm f2.8 CF (2 Leaf batteries usually sit inside the hood. Not in pic cos I took them out for charging)
Lens hood for Hasselblad 28mm HCD lens
Hasselblad 500CM with PME5 metered prism finder and attached 80mm f2.8 CF lens
Kirk L-bracket for Hasselblad H-series camera, along with allen keys, screws, etc. Sony batteries for Hasselblad Image Bank II are underneath
Horseman SWD-II with attached 24mm Schneider APO-Digitar XL lens
Hasselblad H4D-31 with attached battery grip, two extra battery grips, and bulb blower
Front pockets hold the Manfrotto mini tripod, extra batteries, Leaf Aptus sensor cover, Hasseblad 500-series body covers (front and back), Hasselblad H and V body and lens caps. And name cards
And yes, the Airport Airstream holds LESS than the Vertex 200AW. Difference is that the Airstream will likely sneak past EU checkin counter staff, while the Vertex would kill my back in no time. Plus, with the Vertex, they won't allow me to carry my inconspicuous looking laptop bag
