What's wrong with my M2?

I have been using my M2 for almost a month with a CV35/1.4. Today I acquired a Canon 50/1.4 LTM, after shooting a few shots, the rangefinder patch froze and i was unable to get the split images to overlap. Got home and mounted the CV35/1.4, same problem. Now the RF patch seems to be stuck.
