What's the black thing that is captured?

i dunno whetehr shud i post this pic. i went for a shoot at Choa Chu Kang cemetery at night.....and then the photog say tt he dunno whether shud he send me this pic but in the end send me anyway.

if u can see, sumthing looks like a black figure at the right side.
honestly there is no one standing infront of the light source.

i personally tok to a security guard working at the musuem tt got spiral staircase.
he say at night there.....i dun want say more also
