Fourplay - Between The Sheets :D

Ooh! Is this a new album? Is the guitarist Graham or Ritenour? :dunno:
Sorry, but only have one of their album... the very first one, cos only adore "Bali Run". :D

oops, wrong pic. The pic shows the album Yes Please! with Larry Carlton as guitarist. The Between The Sheet album has Lee Ritenour.

See their site at www.fourplayjazz.com, becareful not to blunder onto the sex-toy site :D

There's a sex-toy site?? Where?? :D

Oops! It's Larry Carlton hor... why am I thinking about Larry Graham. Maybe too much bass in my head liao! Haha~! Pai-seh! :embrass:

Actually, don't really like their style, cos it's too much like lounge music than jazz. Too soft for my taste. :(
Still, these guys are really good in the field!

at one point www.fourplay.com (previously used by the group) was taken over by a site selling sex toys :D Seems to be offline now

actually I also like Urban Knights, Boney James, Rick Braun, and so many others… and Grover Washington Jr. :bheart:

Sighz~! Please don't remind me of Grover Washington Jr. Get really heartbroken to think that such a good talent died so young. :bheart:

Although I think Ramsey Lewis is quite decent, it's really the involvement of Grover Washington Jr, Victor Bailey and Omar Hakkim that made the first album of Urban Knights so successful. Frankly speaking, Urban Knights II onwards are quite not-up-to-standard! :(

Pink Floyd / Doors / Grateful Dead / 13th Floor Elevators / Fairport Convention / Velvet Underground / Who / Led Zeppelin.

I bought my Sony Discman at Carrefour early last year, to replace my older Discman (which has been with me for 4 years). It costed about $100+ dollar. Can't remember the exact figure, but think should be less than $120. Doesn't come with rechargable battery, but have the capability to play CD-R. Doesn't play MP3 though. :nono:

Secondly, Yes, I adore Corrinne May too... wonderful music...

FINALLY, I have Chris Botti in my CD player... First heard him on the Sting DVD "Brand New Day". The song I like best is "Ever Since We Met".
