Anw, from wat i heard... 24-105's bokeh is not v good perhaps due to the long zoom range...

Anw, I will pick 24-70 over 24-105... Love the 2.8 that my current lens is giving me... haha..

the 24-70 F2.8 lens is quite heavy and huge as compared to 24-105 L F4 IS. If it has IS for the new version, maybe can really consider it ...

The IS can compensate a bit for hands shake when holding the 24-70 for too long ... :bsmilie:
