Me from IT-developmemnt too. Sigh. ckiang, I agree with u on the foreign labour issue. My company just recently employed 1 china and 1 indian software engineer. The indian engineer basically code and END OF story. When problems arise, he doesn't want to take the responsibility.
the china guy, basically up till now, nothing is out from him. So sian. Talking to them is like talking to ducks and chickens.
