What is your new years resolution for 2011?

For me, simple ones.

1. To find more time to use my Samsung NX10 and Fujifilm HS10.
2. Improve work performance so that i don't get singled out for being at the bottom of me colleagues.
3. To get salary increment when i achieve #2.
4. Lose weight.
