that makes 2 very competent cameras (C-5050) on the way out from our shelves. So grab them before it is too late.![]()
i must say the F810 is one sweet camera. happy to see the saturated colors on my S2 Pro being reproduced on a camera 1/5 the price. F810 is no longer avail at South Asia Computer in Funan. Avail in HK still though. Who wants?
for those who can wait, Fuji has a new E900 coming soon. 9 mp, RAW, full manual control, 5th generation CCD, excellent low noise ISO800 , 4X optical zoom, 680*480 30 fps video, and 2 NiMh batteries. Read that there is true TTL too, though unconfirmed as i don't know if it means u can connect via bulkhead to conventional film strobes to achieve TTL (like the S2 Pro), or Fuji is adopting Nikon's iTTL and u need digital strobes.
Kng, u listening?
Eric
Heh heh... the E900 sure looks like a winner based on the specs and the sample photos from the Fuji F10 sensor. The high ISO capability will prob mean much improved uw wide angle performance. The new Fuji sensor must be seen to be believed - you guys out there shld check the F10 review and sample photos on dpreview.
Now we only have to see if Fuji comes up with an underwater housing....
and also the pricing lah. ;p
