After a while you will notice that those who have the most cameras will refrain from telling people on the internet the full list of what they own.

I guess they realise the pointlessness of it.
And maybe due to modesty as well.

Once in a while there may be a new member posting to announce to whole world the expensive stuff they own, not directly but indirectly; e.g. how do they take pictures with such and such from my list of cameras and lenses..... blah blah....

He is not really keen to read the reply from other CS members to his posted question.
Only intention of the post may be to announce his material possessions.

I gave a reply because I thought, "you ask a question, I will give an answer".
But, I don't see what the out come has to bare on anything.

Every one has their own taste for what ever does it for them.

If more people drink Fosters lager than those that drink 4X bitter; does that mean Fosters are the winner ? are they better ?
