what Best portrait Lens?

TS, given your constrained budget, you already have the "best" portrait lens already... if you are looking for a replacement for your kit lens, go for tamron 17-50 non vc. it's sharp enough wide open however be warned that your 50mm might just be sharper!

I would suggest the tamron since it's a f2.8 and you got limited budget. Possibility to use as a walk around lens and able to shoot in low light due to large aperture and also use as a portrait lens if you don't want to use your 50mm.

just think properly as to whether you want to replace your walk around lens first though..
