What bag do you use for your RF? What's in your bag?

I use a cheap bag with insert brought from ebay. Used to use a AA insert but find the ebay one whole lot cheaper and as good.

For example only. This bag with insert fit 3 cameras and all items shown below

ohhh im thinking of using this insert after seeing ur pics..and then i can use my porter messenger bag for this...just nice...1 camera plus 2 lens..and some space for films....

Packing (Domke F2) for a trip to Phuket with only one bag :). Clothes and toiletries below at the bottom of the bag hence you dont see them. Yes yes, I will be removing the film boxes nearer the date.:bsmilie:
Compass, pen, marker, label stickers (for film just in case), extra lens case, handphone case, wallet, passport, notebook and film.

Wah! Can pack so many things!

Bet u still got room for sleeping bag, combat ration, signal set, 12 x 30mag 5.56mm rounds, 2 x 250 rounds 7.62mm belt, sharp shooter scope & LAW tube with some more room to spare.

I think he's bringing only one spare underwear.
But please don't forget to bring toothbrush, toothpaste and floss!:bsmilie::bsmilie:
Enjoy your trip!

Ooi! You people damn funny lah!

I have a 4D3N stay in Phuket, so got only a few stuff. In that bag is only 1 surf shorts, 2 underwear (hehe), 2 dry fit shirts, trunks, toiletries (side pocket), compass, note book, pen, markers, name card holder, cleaning kit and film:)

Chiif, now that you remind me about ration, I should add a bar of chocolate or something:)
Sorry Doc, no space for floss. I do however have space for my M2 if it arrives by then:)
Muhahahha!

I am looking for a bag for my rangefinder which can fit 1-2 lens and ipad. Any recommandation?

Billingham Hadley Pro?

Yup, my Billingham Hadley Pro will fit an ipad at the side, with a 1 RF + 1-2 lens comfortably :D
this is my current travel setup (no meter, a few rolls, ipad, M6, LX3, notebook, passport, tissue etc)

I saw the review posted in CS...a very classic bag. THe price 150 pound is fixed right? Even if i get it from UK? Will it be cheaper?

I got from K-13 for $380 (keep asking for best price...he say this is best wor)...i think maybe elsewhere is cheaper . A classic bag, happy with it...just that I try not to load too much...will get uncomfortable doing walkabout shoot.

Would it be too big for rangefinder? How is it compared to the new f stop?

The size is just right for me. Not too small to only put RF...and not too big to take it everywhere.

it will take way more than that.. I did 14 hour walkabouts in Europe with 1 RF, 1 film SLR & 1 MF TLR inside the Hadley pro.. cost of shoulder massage not included.. lol

I agree! The Hadley Pro is very deceiving...it looks slim and small but it can really take in lots of gear. The downside is you don't realise it until your shoulder starts to ache due to your "greed" ;p

Consider the Billingham Alice L2 too. I believe it can also hold a Ipad plus it's wider so you don't have to squeeze your cameras into the bag. It's surprisingly spacious for its size!!!

Currently using L2 for everyday use too, agreed  that it look small and it's spacious, ipad can easily fit into the front pocket, together with a mounted len on a body and extra space for another lens. Currently in office, can only use iphone to shot the L2.

Will the L2 fit an 11" macbook air in the front slot?
