Apologies if I was complaining too much on Saturday.

D300 is now with Nikon Service Centre once again, along with 17-35 f/2.8 and 50 f/1.4.
The body will be en-route to Japan soon enough for diagnostics.

Only body got problem as far as I know.
Sent in the lenses so they can test the body within my usage.

My last camera (the piece which was exchanged 1-for-1 for this current piece) that they sent overseas have not had any news back as of yet either.


Also..
They loaned me a D300 for my usage for now.
Offered to loan me a 17-55 to use but I rejected..

Talked to the service manager and got his name card too.

The loan is free.
Body exhibited shutter snap louder than normal.
Little or no dampening of vibration caused by shutter snap.
Photos turn out to be soft.

I wonder what Nikon Japan will reply..

Do we need the shadow on the wordings???
Bro, later cover too much of the area, the dry-fit lost it's efficiency leh...
maybe we can take out the shadows...

the logo on the front spells WEZT. on the back is WEST. Is it done on purpose or should we standardise it?:dunno:
