Bring tripod if no VR/IS lens. Else after midnight 99.9% of the pics taken

I believe tripod is a must. Don't think VR/IS can help a lot under that extreme condition. :think:

guys.. who wld take the lead? I can't confirm my presence on that day as yet due to other commitment.
