flour one worst... cos its enrich flour, very high in carbo

yah lor... last night i was so hungry, my mom cook curry somemore. ate quite a few potatoes, chicken meat that's in the curry.

If u can tahan, go for it. But start slow 1st. Ur body got to adapt to small appetite. But after used to it liao, u eat small portion u will feel full liao. ;p
