dear, i think you should adopt a healthier way to eating, and not diet.
less sugar/salt/oil diet. you know the rules - less carbo, no fried food and eat in smaller portions. meaning instead of 3 big meals, you could opt for 5 smaller meals.
try to increase the fibre in-take in your diet - vegetables & fruits basically.

actually should detox becos it ensures the toxics are removed from our bodies 1st. detox diets normally target to make us adopt a healthier eating lifestyle lor. btw you got my email right? can try first , no harm im stil eating somewhat alot of carbo than i should, but at least i try to not eat fried food and snack fruits whenever im hungry. my weight always fluctuates lah. however i feel healthier nowadays, as im eating alot of fruits than before and also not touching any potato chips liao ;p
in order to be prepared for pregnancy, i think you have to be in the pink of health first cheer up, you can do it
