i only remember Penang laksa tasted very sour, not exactly oily like local's laksa. they also added lotsa shredded cucumber (and heh bi i think) and its quite healthy and appetising actually :)

give me Penang Laksa anytime, never really a fan of the local Laksa. Northern Malaysia's are the sour type, while southern part laksa are similar to local laksa.

not heh bi, its heh kor (yum yum) ;p and fish, onion etc

yup one of the best ! ;) actually i eat the ngor hiang abit also very selective, as i would only eat the pink colour intestine (guan chang) to go with the special sweet sauce  my grandma keeps bugging me to bring her to eat there but she has health problems so i dun dare to go too often :bsmilie:

hmm.. the Portugese BBQ Fish @ Petaling Street there are  very spicy too, think you can ask them to make a non-spicy one. Haven't had that for years :(

And think the popular place for food is Jalan Alor, near Bukit Bintang area i think.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CLARINET!!! MAY U DEPRESS NO MORE! :vhappy: :cheergal: :vhappy: :cheergal: :vhappy:
