im cutting down on tidbits , esp potato chips which i love so much. also reducing sugar intake lor, drinks try to make less sweeter. no depression leh, more like i want to look good

Mai kong liao laaa...in the past week. I ate 2 bags of potato chips and one bag of corn chips...and three boxes of biscuits as snacks. :cry:

Ya, but how much can you resist the food out there? Every corner u see BK, McDonlad, KFC....Should we limit their branches? :think:

BK.. i cant resist their onion rings.. Macs... apple pie/strawberry sundae/fries and KFC..WHIPPED POTATOES!!!!!!!!!! :cry: :cry: :cry:

i bought 2 big bags of chips, then been drinking loads of yoghurt :cry:
im also pigging out lor... then drinking lotsa soft drinks also. you say i die or not :cry:

Quite True. It all down to individual. I have already lost ~12kg. ;)
Stay off junk food, keep to small food intake to just satified your hunger.
Can have up to 5 meals a day. ;)

i try to eat small meals lor, but always end up snacking...........sheesh..........

Cut down on the soft drinks :nono: . It is mainly sugar...

stay away from Fast Food outlets :nono: most of the fats are there :p

hmm... drink more water before your meals, maybe can help a bit.

Gals always like to snack! Once I snack I can't stop!I nid to lose 8-9kg! :cry: :cry: Until nw still hav't success leh! Must hav determination loh!

YOu combined it with vigorous exercise right? if not, so easy meh....I lost abt 6kgs...supposedly more.....coz I risen from 73.5kgs back to 76.5kgs lor.

Not all fruits are good. Some have very high sugar content too.
Try not to take water-melon & grapes.

No serious execise yet due to knee problem. Just that I sold my car away and force myself to take the public transport. Everyday have to walk at least 20 mins from my office to MRT station. :( It is also a form of execise.
When I had the car, my weight keep going up because don't need to walk too much. Go nearby also drive. Now must WALK but I think it is good. Trying to bring my weight down further. ;)

hehe, then no dinner for you for 3 nights ;p only carrot juice + vege
